Service terms
These terms describe the Scottish Exterior Quotes introduction service. They do not replace the separate contract you may later enter into with an independent home-improvement specialist.
1. The service
Scottish Exterior Quotes is operated by FlowNorth Digital. We provide an online enquiry, qualification and introduction service for selected home-improvement project types.
2. We are not the contractor
We do not survey, price, install, repair or guarantee home-improvement work. Any specialist introduced through the service is an independent business. If you choose to proceed, your contract for the works is with that specialist, not Scottish Exterior Quotes.
3. No guarantee of a match or quotation
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that we will have a suitable participating specialist, that an appointment will be available or that a specialist will provide a quotation.
4. Information you provide
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may rely on that information when assessing and sharing the enquiry. Do not submit another person’s personal details unless you are authorised to do so.
5. Homeowner cost
We do not currently charge homeowners to submit a quotation request or receive an introduction. Participating specialists may pay Scottish Exterior Quotes for qualified introductions or appointments.
6. Quotations, work and guarantees
The specialist is responsible for the survey, scope, price, materials, timescale, insurance, guarantees and performance of any work. You should satisfy yourself that a quotation and contractor are suitable before signing or paying money.
7. Finance
Scottish Exterior Quotes does not provide credit or finance. If a specialist offers finance, that offer and any regulated responsibilities belong to the relevant specialist or finance provider. Availability is subject to their own terms and eligibility checks.
8. Website information
Guides and cost ranges are general information only. They are not a property survey, valuation, planning opinion, building-standards advice or quotation. Prices and rules can change, and property-specific circumstances matter.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, coverage area or qualifying project criteria. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded. Subject to that, Scottish Exterior Quotes is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, pricing or workmanship of independent specialists merely because an introduction was made through the service.
